Calisthenics

Calisthenics is a form of strength training that uses your own body weight for resistance to perform exercises like push-ups, squats, and pull-ups. It can build strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination, and can be performed anywhere with little to no equipment. Exercises can be scaled to be easy enough for beginners or challenging for advanced athletes. Follow me as I work towards new and challenging skills and movements!
